To provide key information and critical insights into the situation of IDPs and affected persons in the targeted districts, IOM played a key role in implementing its Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) system. Through the project, IOM aimed to strengthen evidence-based decision-making through efficient data collection, management and analysis; to ensure a more robust and targeted IDP mainstreaming through ZIRP programming.
