MUTARE, ZIMBABWE — Before the coronavirus crisis, mornings were usually quiet at the Nyamatanda camp for internally displaced persons.
The deadliest African cyclone, to date, tore through Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique in March, leaving a trail of death and destruction.
HARARE Cyclone Idai ripped through eastern Zimbabwe three months ago after striking Mozambique and Malawi.
The flooding caused by the Tropical Cyclone Idai weather system since 15 March caused destruction in Zimbabwe.
